Using Your FARINA Dough Sheeter
The FARINA Dough Sheeter is simple and convenient to use. However, if the basic rules for rolling out dough are not followed, certain issues may occur — for example, the dough may stick to the rollers or tear.
To prevent these problems, remember: it’s not possible to roll the dough to the desired thickness in a single pass on any dough sheeter. This is not a limitation of the machine, but rather a feature of the dough itself — it contains air pockets that require gradual compression.
For best results, roll out the dough in several passes, gradually reducing the gap between the rollers from the maximum setting to your desired thickness. Always dust both the rollers and the dough with flour to prevent sticking.
