Shipping policy

We offer free shipping from Poland via FedEx.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery terms: DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020).
This means we deliver the goods to your address, and local taxes and customs charges are paid upon arrival.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping time
Parcels are delivered by FedEx courier. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Customs and delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other factors beyond our control.
